Westminster Area Community Awareness Action Team (C.A.A.T.) sponsored a “Healthy Me is saying NO to Alcohol, Tobacco and Marijuana” Poster Contest in conjunction with “Just Say NO to Drugs” week in the 29 elementary schools in the City of Westminster and Westminster Public Schools. “Just Say NO to Drugs” week is an opportunity to remind students that they must continue to say “NO’ to alcohol, tobacco, marijuana and any other drug as they enjoy their summer vacation from school. The following student’s artwork and message were selected for the 2016 Poster Contest Winners:
Kindergarten thru 2nd grade:

Contest winners were awarded Water World and Adventure Golf & Raceway family admission packages donated by Hyland Hills Recreation District and family admissions for City of Westminster Recreation facilities donated by the City of Westminster Parks and Recreation.
