Kipp Scott, the Water Systems Manager for South Adams County Water and Sanitation District, will speak Monday, Nov. 12, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. to the League of Women Voters of Adams County at the Community Reach Center, 11285 Highline Drive in Northglenn.
Scott will provide general information on surface water and groundwater supplies in Adams County. He will also address the impact the drilling of oil and gas wells has on underground aquifers that provide drinking water to the county. For updates and more information on the League, visit
